Time Clocks are used with employee time schedule record management software providing rapid processing. Time Clocks comes in many types such as Punch Card Clock, Digital Clock, Time Station Software, Fingerprint Clocks, Hand Punch Clocks and other software.
1. Punch Card Clock
Punch card time clocks implements a card which is to be inserted into machine by the employee, printing process occurs and all details such as time, date etc of corresponding employees are to be printed on cards
2. Digital Clock
In digital time clock system, a card with magnetic strip is employed. Employee swipes a card through machine and machine records particular employee time and date.
3. Fingerprint Clocks
Fingerprint Clocks use the concept of thumb expression. The staff touches the machine with finger; the scanner scans the expression, verifies and displays the time and date accordingly. Fingerprint Time Clocks are used to remove the need of magnetic strip cards and also there is no requirement to remember username and passwords for employees.
Virtual PC Time Clocks are Software that uses computers for employee login and logout.
Hand Punch Clock works same as fingerprint clock except that palm of employee is to be scanned in hand punch clock whereas finger expression is scanned in fingerprint clock machine.
